The Oxford Ridge Townhomes site was acquired in 2003 and construction commenced immediately. The project consisted of 317 townhome apartment units located on 26.4 acres on the west side of Atlanta, Georgia. Developed by a Minerva partner, the leasing office and amenities center were finished and turned over to the management team within the first year of construction. Oxford Ridge was sold to an institutional investor in December 2004.
