A Minerva partnership acquired a KMart store plus three outparcels on Roswell Road in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta in 1995. Due to its strong location, the bankruptcy of KMart proved to be advantageous, and the main site was profitably sold to Lowe’s. The three outparcels are still owned, and are leased to Chick-Fil-A, El Azteca and Boston Market.
